My career that I never thought of. Now is the time since I met people!
Experience a new business at a resin processing manufacturer from a bank clerk, to the laser business.

To briefly introduce my career, my first job was at a major bank. I vaguely thought that I would like to see the economy widely from the financial industry, but through 10 years of corporate management, 5 years of M & A, and fund sales, I was able to understand the economic movement widely, and with many managers. It has been a very valuable experience to meet.
Among them, the turning point was that I had the opportunity to talk directly and deeply with a certain manager. I was fascinated by the challenging spirit and motivation of the company that he manages to work on new businesses. At the same time, I decided to change jobs because I wanted to work with him. Since 2012, I have been directly involved in the laser business, which is one of the new businesses of the Wavelock Group, and since the establishment of Wired Co., Ltd. in 2014, I have been involved in the current business since 2017. I feel that I am able to do my current job, supported by the encounter with.

I want to be a “technology development venture”!　
I want you to experience and share the fun of the challenge!

Since the establishment of the company, we have been engaged in various developments, but I think that the encounter with developer Y was an important turning point for the company. Wired already had roll-to-roll laser machining technology, but it was also a time when we were feeling the limits of this technology breakthrough. In addition to Y’s genius development ability, what I felt most amazing was the way of thinking and mindset about things cultivated from the experience of being active in the front line of development. Wired has been increasing the driving force of development while taking the opportunity to inherit the know-how of such abundant development experience.
I often describe Wired as a “technology development venture” and have conversations with members. That’s because I want Wired to be a company that always has the spirit of taking on new challenges. Breakthroughs are born from the technical know-how accumulated so far and new challenges, and I think that sharing the fun of this challenge with all employees is a fulfilling feeling that can not be experienced anywhere else, and I want to be an organization that can share that feeling. We hope.

In addition, it is easy to think of new development as “creating new things from scratch”, but by gathering a lot of technologies and know-how, people with various abilities face each other seriously and work on it. I think it comes from a combination of them. For this reason, Wired members are gathered by members with various personalities and abilities, and I am confident that new ones will be born from these. New things are never born from scratch, but from “combination” and “enthusiasm.”
And what many people said “can’t” changes to “can”. This experience is also a dream of everyone involved in technology, and I want to make it a company where everyone can feel that it is wired.

I want to focus on “what value to create!” Instead of “what kind of company to make”!

You may be asked, “What kind of company do you want to be?” … Don’t be afraid to misunderstand, I’m not too particular about the “company” framework. Let’s deliver the company philosophy to society! Let’s make the company bigger! I don’t really think that.

Rather, the company is the “jaco” for the people who gathered at Wired to create valuable things together with the customer, and I think that the company is one of the means. And at the same time as creating that value, I think that the people who work at Wired will also create value within themselves.
In addition, the laser processing field is still a new industry compared to other processing industries, and I feel that it is a field that requires processing technology that will change the world in the future. Wired is focusing on increasing the value of processing technology that makes full use of lasers, and we believe that we can steadily meet the needs of the world by sticking to this.
It is said that there is a very low probability that the company will continue for decades. However, the people who work there will surely make use of the experience gained at that company and work at the next place. Therefore, if the people who work at Wired are professionals and if they can make use of their experience in the future even if the company changes, I think it will lead to the next stage. I want the members of Wired to spend time together with that kind of awareness.

What I value in my life

What I have always cherished as a member of society is to have three worlds. Work / home / hobby soccer. Every year, every month, every week I try to think about how to proceed with these three things. With three worlds, you can change your mood with other things and discover new possibilities from other things even if something goes wrong, making your life richer and happier. Will give you. Thankfully, I’m a little tougher mentally than others, and I enjoy working on various things in parallel, so I try to enjoy the three worlds every day.
But, of course, it’s not all fun. There are a lot of things that I find boring or useless, but I think I’m happy if there are 100 things to do, 10 things that I find really interesting, and the remaining 90 things. I try to spend as much time as I can with happiness by finding some fun in what I do and spending my days.
