Narrow pitch machining example for SUS
This is an introduction of narrow pitch machining examples for SUS.
Through holes with an output diameter of 8 μm (incident diameter of about 20 μm) and a pitch of 60 μm were machined on SUS 0.02 mm.
At the visual level, distortion could be confirmed.
