Instantaneous high-speed laser film punching without die cutting

The technology to instantaneously process flexible shapes at high speed during film conveying (Roll to Roll) is done in an old-fashioned process through operations that are far from Dx despite the demands.
Laser plotters that utilize lasers for film cutting are also used, but they cannot perform cutting while the film is being conveyed and do not reduce the time required for the process.
WIRED’s new laser processing technology can instantaneously punch out the film and allows the user to determine any shape using a PC. No need to rush to make dies anymore. It is possible to establish a production system where prototyping = mass production.

It has been an extremely hard development, but finally, it has been completed 😂.
