Instantaneous high-speed laser film punching without die cutting

Punching is done by using, for example, Thompson blades or Pinnacle blades in today’s world of film punching. This method is suitable for mass production, but it is time consuming to switch types of products. Plotters and laser plotters have slow processing times and are suitable for cutting small quantities of products, but they consume excessive time if the quantity of products increases slightly. WIRED’s laser technology is a punching technology that solves both issues.

Wide width laser high speed processing of resin film (roll to roll)

Laser processing technology for roll-fed film has already been established as laser technology with the GHS® scanner. Our wide width processing equipment, which was installed and started operation last year, has enabled wide, high-speed, intermittent, and drawing processing of 1,000 mm wide resin film, significantly improving our mass production capacity.
