High-speed laser drilling example for copper (Cu) foil by roll-to-roll laser machining machine
This is an introduction of an example of laser drilling in Cu foil by roll-to-roll.
Using our roll-to-roll laser prototype processing machine, we applied an electrolytic copper foil (t = 20 μm) with a diameter of φ13 μm, a pitch of 130 μm (parallel type), and an opening rate of 1.0%.
