Laser processing technology for roll-fed film has already been established as laser technology with the GHS® scanner. Our wide width processing equipment, which was installed and started operation last year, has enabled wide, high-speed, intermittent, and drawing processing of 1,000 mm wide resin film, significantly improving our mass production capacity.
Laser hole processing technology for roll-conveyed film has been considered a difficult technology because the optical scanning technology of the laser cannot keep up with the conveyor speed. Following the establishment of the converting high-speed laser technology with the GHS® scanner, WIRED has established the technology for drawing on films conveyed at high speed. Icons can now be clearly expressed with dots punched into the film conveyed at high speed.
